Javascript is Disabled

You must have a Javascript Enabled Browser in order to operate this website correctly. The instructions below provide step on how to enable Javascript in specific browsers.

Internet Explorer 6/7

Open Internet Explorer.
Select Internet Options from the Tools menu.
In Internet Options dialog box select the Security tab.
Click Custom level button at bottom. The Security settings dialog box will pop up.
Under Scripting category enable Active Scripting, Allow paste options via script and Scripting of Java applets.
Click OK twice to close out.
Hit Refresh.

Mozilla (Windows)

Open Mozilla.
Select Options from the Tools menu.
Click the Content option.
Check the Enable Javascript box.
Click OK.
Click Reload.

Mozilla (Mac OSX)

Open Mozilla.
Select Preferences from the FireFox menu at the top.
Click the Content option.
Check the Enable Javascript box.
Click OK.
Click Reload.

Opera (Windows)

Open Opera.
Select Quick Preferences from the Tools menu.
Make sure Enable Javascript is checked.
Click Reload.

Opera (Mac OSX)

Open Opera.
Select Quick Preferences from the Opera menu at the top.
Select the Advance option.
Select the Content option from the left panel.
Check the Enable Javascript box.
Click OK and Reload.

Safari

Open Safari.
Select Preferences from the Safari menu.
Click Security.
Check both Enable Java and Enable JavaScript.
Close the window.
Click Reload.

Camino

Open Camino.
Select Preferences from the Camino menu.
Click Web Features.
Check Enable JavaScript.
Click OK.
Click Reload.
